Question Predictions & Knowledge Base

Real-time help is better when the AI already knows what you were going to say. These two features are how you load that in beforehand.

Question Predictions

Give AceRound a target role and your résumé, and it works out which questions this particular combination is likely to attract — then drafts how to answer each one.

Generating a Set

1. Open Question Predictions from the sidebar.
2. Pick a target role — an existing one from My Resources, or create it here with the job description.
3. Pick a résumé (optional but recommended).
4. Choose your experience level: entry-level, 1–3 years, 3–5 years, 5–10 years, or 10+ years.
5. Generate.

AceRound matches the job description against high-frequency interview topics, looks for the parts of your résumé an interviewer would probe, and prepares an answer angle for each question.

What You Get

Predictions come grouped so you can prioritise:

• High probability — the questions most likely to actually be asked.
• Resume deep dive — the specific claims in your own résumé an interviewer will push on. These are the ones people are least prepared for.
• Based on your material — questions drawn from the job description and your knowledge base.
• Questions to ask — what to ask them, which is scored more heavily than most candidates assume.

Each question comes with why this may come up and a skimmable answer angle — not a script to memorise, but the shape of a good answer.

Feeding Them to the Copilot

Hit Save to knowledge base on a prediction set and it becomes selectable when you create an interview. During the live interview the copilot draws on those prepared answers instead of improvising from scratch — so what comes back sounds like you, because it is you.

Knowledge Base

The knowledge base is everything you want the AI to know that is not in your résumé: project details, prepared stories, product knowledge, internal terminology, answers you have already rehearsed.

Find it under My Resources → Knowledge Base.

Ways to Build One

• Upload documents — PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT or MD. Project write-ups, design docs, past performance reviews.
• Prepared Q&A — add question-and-answer pairs one at a time.
• Bulk import — paste a block of text and let AceRound split it into entries.
• Generate with AI — point it at a résumé and a target role, and it drafts a Q&A set for you to edit.
• Free-form notes — anything that does not fit a question-and-answer shape.
• Official references — reference sets we maintain and keep up to date, ready to attach without writing anything yourself.

Export any set to Markdown or CSV whenever you want a copy.

Using It

Select the sets you want in Advanced Settings when you create a live interview, or when you set up a mock interview. Everything selected is available to the AI for that session; everything else stays out of the way.

A Sensible Workflow

1. Add the role and your résumé to My Resources.
2. Generate predictions for that role and save them to your knowledge base.
3. Add anything the predictions missed — the projects you actually want to talk about.
4. Run a mock interview against the same role and see what falls apart.
5. Fix those answers in the knowledge base.
6. Walk into the real interview with all of it selected.

What It Costs You

Each generated set consumes one question prediction. New accounts start with two, credit packages include more, and on an active Pass predictions are unlimited. Building and storing a knowledge base is free.
