2. Credit Purchase Terms

Important Information About Credits:

  • Credits are purchased as one-time payments (not subscriptions)
  • Credits are consumed when you use real-time interview assistance (200 credits per session)
  • Mock interviews and practice features are completely free and do not consume credits
  • Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used
  • Credits cannot be transferred to other accounts

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

Full Refunds (Within 7 Days)

  • Unused Credits: If you have not used any credits from your purchase within 7 days
  • Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical problems that prevent you from using our services
  • Service Unavailability: If our service is unavailable for more than 24 hours due to our technical issues
  • Accidental Purchase: If you made an accidental purchase and contact us immediately

Partial Refunds

  • Unused Credits: If you have used some but not all credits, we may offer a partial refund for unused credits
  • Service Quality Issues: If you experience significant service quality problems that affect your ability to use our platform effectively

No Refunds

  • Credits that have been consumed through real-time interview assistance sessions
  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago
  • Cases where our service was used successfully but the user was not satisfied with interview outcomes
