4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

5. Payment and Purchase Terms

Some features of our Service require payment. We currently offer Standard Credits and time-limited Passes as one-time purchases. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay all fees in advance and in full
• Provide accurate billing information
• Understand that Standard Credits provide a fixed amount of minute-based interview usage and any included feature allowances, which decrease as they are used
• Understand that 24-Hour, 7-Day, and 30-Day Passes provide access only for their stated period and expire at the time shown in your account
• Understand that all purchases are one-time payments and do not renew automatically; continued access requires a separate new purchase
• Accept that refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and that an approved full or partial refund will revoke the corresponding purchased entitlements, proportionally where applicable

We may modify pricing for future purchases. Price changes do not affect purchases you have already completed.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights: The Platform, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by AceRound AI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights: You retain ownership of content you create and submit to our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to use your content to provide and improve our services.

AI-Generated Content: AI-generated feedback and suggestions are provided for your use but remain our intellectual property.
